Like Mother Like Daughter

As I mentioned in a prior post, my latest organizing project involves gathering all the loose and old pictures in boxes from all corners of the house (& garage) and put them all into albums in our bookshelves. As I was doing so, I came across some baby pictures of me and immediately thought of specific pictures of Spicy that I had taken/seen. So, fine, I'm willing to finally admit that Sweets looks nothing like me. But I do see in Spicy, a much more striking resemblance to my photos of youth than I would have thought.

Yes, there is indeed a resemblance. But time will definitely reveal more resemblance to you and G, mark my words! And even if the resemblance isn't striking, more important is the resemblance to your heart and spirit and character that both your kids will definitely inherit. Love you, Dad
